Andrew Sparrow, Principal lawyer, Lecote Solicitors won the national Lawyer Award 1999 for Best Use of Multimedia in the Law for his client guide CD Roms. Andrew is author of three books on internet law including the Financial Times title E Commerce and the Law published in the UK and China. He has written twenty video productions on commercial law. In 2001 he won the Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Legal Award and is acknowledged by The Legal 500, the UK's independent client guide to lawyers, as expert in e commerce law.
